For the Life Insurance Institute (ЖЗИ), part of the Lev Ins Group, Wollow developed a modern Progressive Web Application (PWA) that simplifies digital communication between insurer and client. The project delivers a seamless mobile experience focused on ease of access, document management, and request processing – all in real time.

Wollow was responsible for the full UI/UX design, PWA development, admin panel, integration with the backend (powered by EINS), maintenance, and future upgrades of the system.

Project Goal

To provide a digital communication platform for clients of ЖЗИ, enabling them to manage health and life insurance interactions via their smartphone — without the need for physical documents or in-person visits.

Integration with Insurance Backend

The application is securely connected to the internal insurance system, developed by EINS, via a custom-built API. All client-submitted data flows into the centralized platform where it can be reviewed and processed efficiently.

Supported features include:

• Submitting reimbursement claims for medical expenses

• Filing temporary disability and sick leave documents

• Tracking status of submitted claims in real time

All interactions are fully digitized, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.

Progressive Web App (PWA) Experience

Built as a Progressive Web App, the platform offers the look and feel of a native mobile app without the need to download anything:

• Installs to home screen on iOS/Android

• Fast loading – even with poor connection

• Offline access to key content

• Fully responsive across all devices

Custom Admin Panel

We also built a secure, web-based admin dashboard for ЖЗИ staff, which allows them to:

• View and manage client submissions

• Access attached medical documents

• Approve, reject, or request edits to claims

• Communicate with users securely within the system
