1. Branding, Logo, and UI/UX Design

We crafted a modern visual identity that strikes a perfect balance between academic professionalism and the dynamic nature of contemporary student life.

• Intuitive Interface: We turned a complex structure comprising thousands of academic materials into an easily navigable system. The clean design helps students find exactly what they are looking for in the blink of an eye.

2. Software Development and Architecture

To serve both the administrators and clients of Tetradka.bg, we developed specialized modules that turn manual work into an automated pipeline:

• Custom Order Module: Users can request individual topics with specific deadlines. The system supports an automated two-step payment process (advance deposit and final balance payment) and a "preview" mode, which unlocks the full project text only after the final payment is successfully processed.

• Intelligent Booking System: Administrators input their work schedules into the CMS, and the system automatically generates available slots for two months ahead. Users can book 30-minute online consultations in real-time or reserve days for examination tests.

• File Management and Feedback Loop: The platform supports the secure exchange of documents (docx, doc, pdf, xlsx) up to 15 MB in size. Users upload their texts for proofreading, and administrators return the edited files along with comments directly through the user profile.

4. Secure Payments and Marketing Automation

To guarantee maximum convenience for users and operational efficiency for the business, we implemented modern payment and loyalty tools:

• Payment Methods: We integrated secure online payment gateways via PayPal and ePay / EasyPay, making it easy for users to choose their preferred payment method.

• Marketing Automation and Loyalty: We embedded a "Refer a Friend" referral mechanism, a shopping cart with progressive discounts for high-volume orders, and an automated email system that sends out checklists, tips, and notifications at every stage of the user journey.
