New Features and Enhanced UX in our Latest PWA Update for the Life Insurance Sector.

A successful software product is not a destination, but a continuous journey. For three years now, the Wollow team has been partnering with a leading client in the life insurance sector to transform complex administrative processes into an intuitive digital experience.

Our focus has always been on PWA (Progressive Web App) technology, which allows users fast access without the need for installation. Today, we are excited to share the latest improvements that optimize the workflow for both brokers and end clients:

  • Optimized Claims Process: We introduced a two-step submission process. Users can now enter claim data first and upload necessary documents later. The system automatically resizes images, saving time and mobile data.

  • Broker Client Portal: We launched a new "Claim Requests" section, where the status of every request is transparent and visible in real-time.

  • Currency & Invoicing Integration: The system now supports automatic currency switching from BGN to EUR for new requests, along with detailed invoice tracking within the CMS.

  • Profile Flexibility: Clients can now edit their policy numbers (ZON) directly, a first step toward our upcoming functionality for managing multiple linked profiles.
